Distance Sales Agreement
1. Introduction
This Distance Sales Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller (vega-projects, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") for the sale of digital software through the website. This agreement becomes effective immediately upon the completion of the purchase.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, delivery, and usage of the digital software provided by the Seller.
3. Product and Service Details
The name, license type, and price of the software sold are provided to the buyer at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery and Licensing
Digital software is delivered automatically on our website immediately after the payment is successfully processed. The buyer will have instant access to the product through their account
5. Right of Withdrawal
- Digital content is not subject to the right of withdrawal as per the relevant consumer protection laws and regulations.
- However, in case of issues such as non-functioning software or licensing problems, the Seller will provide technical support.

Return Policy
At vega-projects, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with the software we provide. Below are the terms and conditions for returning digital software products:
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.a Returns are accepted only if the software fails to function on the user's device due to technical issues attributable to the Seller and If Seller can't resolve issue.
1.b The issue must be reported within 5 days of purchase, and sufficient proof (e.g., error messages, video record or logs) must be provided by the user.
2. Exclusions
2.a Returns are not accepted for reasons such as user error, incompatibility with unsupported operating systems, or failure to meet system requirements clearly stated before purchase in product page.
2.b Once the issue is resolved through technical support, the return request will no longer be valid.
2.c Vega Projects reserves the right to modify the content of the program at its discretion. The user cannot return the product due to changes made to the program (e.g., modification or removal of any feature).
2.d The user cannot request a refund from Vega Projects in case of a game ban. It is the user's responsibility to use our software properly. Receiving a game ban as a result of misuse, improper use, or blatant use of the software is entirely under the user's responsibility.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, the user must contact the Seller at vegarefund@fastmail.com with their order details and a description of the issue.
- The Seller will investigate the problem and provide a resolution within 5 business days. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be processed.
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days after the return request is accepted.

- The Seller is committed to providing technical support to resolve any issues before proceeding with a refund.
